Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with original garment tags still attached, they should be sent back to us within 14 days from receipt date. Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded (this does not include original delivery costs). You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. Processed refunds may take up to 1-2 weeks.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as magazines cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products.

When emailing us clearly state what item, size and colour you would like as your exchange.
This way we can hold your requested item until your return arrives. We send out all exchanges within 2-3 business days.
The costs related to an exchange are the buyer´s responsibility.
Important information for International customers. Please mark returned packages ‘Returned Items’. Metralha worldwide can incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form. Failure to write this and your return will be delayed and may take longer to process.
Sale goods may be returned for a refund only within the ’7 day cooling off period’. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty after this period, sale items can be then only exchanged like for like or for credit note.
